  1. Confidentiality
    Any information that is either in OCI’s possession or that you provide to OCI, regardless of which form you complete through this website, will be considered by OCI as personal information and, subject to the Terms and Conditions, will be treated as confidential.

    Personal information is collected and processed in a NutriNorm database and is available
    for OCI Agro to process your registration or (request). OCI respects your privacy and complies with the provisions of the Dutch Personal Data Processing Act and EU privacy legislation (AVG: General Data Protection Regulation)
  3. Non-disclosure of information to third parties
    3.1 OCI will not sell, rent or provide your personal data to unauthorised entities or third parties for independent use without your consent.
